[Update] Ergebnisse
Wir bedanken uns bei allen Teams für einen spannenden Robocup und die tolle kooperation, wodurch der Bewerb wieder in Präsenz stattfinden konnte.
Hier noch die Ergebnisse für alle Bewerbe: RCJ 2022 Results
2022 finden in Weiz wieder die RoboCupJunior Austrian Open statt. In der Oststeiermark werden die 14. RobocupJunior Austrian Open mit den Disziplinen: Soccer, onStage, Rescue (Line & Maze) und Rescue Simulation (Demobewerb) in der Stadthalle Weiz ausgetragen. Die Planungen gehen von der aktuellen Covid19-Situation aus und werden wenn nötig an die aktuelle Situation der Pandemie angepasst.
Aufgrund der geringen Teilnehmerzahl findet der Bewerb heuer nur an einem Tag, Freitag dem 22. April, statt. (Es ist dennoch normal möglich bereits am Donnerstag zur Registrierung anzureisen).
Bei geringer Teilnehmerzahl kann es sein, dass manche Bewerbe gemeinsam ausgetragen oder abgesagt werden (z.B. Rescue Line Primary und Secondary zusammen). Das Ranking erfolgt dann aber dennoch in den einzelnen Disziplinen (z.B. die besten drei Primary Teams).
Das Turnier wird wie in den letzten Jahren auch für die Qualifikation von Teams für internationale Turniere genutzt. Für 2022 sind aktuell die 3rd European RoboCupJunior Open in Portugal und der RoboCup 2022 in Thailand geplant.
Regeln
Die Regeln für die Disziplinen sind bereits (praktisch) finalisiert und wie gewohnt für Rescue, onStage, Soccer zu finden. Auch wenn die Dokumente noch offiziell in Bearbeitung sind, wird es keine großen Änderungen mehr geben!
Bewerbe
Im Gegensatz zu internationalen Bewerben, wo ein Mindestalter von 14 Jahren gilt, wollen wir weiterhin auch jüngeren Teams die Möglichkeit bieten, beim RoboCupJunior mit zu machen. Darum gibt es in allen österreichischen Bewerbe zwei Kategorien: Primary für alle von 10-14 Jahren und Secondary für alle von 14-19 Jahren. Die Bewerbe werden getrennt bewertet, allerdings können sich nur die besten Teams der Secondary Bewerbe für die internationalen Turniere qualifizieren.

[Update] Results
Thanks to all the participants, who made a thrilling, in-person RoboCup possible!
Finally the scores for all disciplines: RCJ 2022 Results
In 2022 the RoboCupJunior Austrian Open will take place in Weiz. The 14. RobocupJunior Austrian Open will include the following disciplines: Soccer, onStage, Rescue (Line and Maze) und Rescue Simulation (Demo Challenge) and will take place in the Stadthalle Weiz. The planning is based on the actual Covid-19 situation and will be adapted if the situation changes.
Due to the small number of participants, the competition will only take place on one day this year, Friday April 22nd. (It is still possible to arrive on Thursday for early registration)
If the number of participants is low, some competitions may be held together or canceled (e.g. Rescue Line Primary and Secondary together). The ranking still takes place in the individual disciplines (e.g. the best three primary teams).
As in previous years the tournament will be used for the qualification for international events. For 2022 the 3rd European RoboCupJunior Open in Portugal and the RoboCup 2022 in Thailand is planned.
Rules
The rules for the disciplines have already been (practically) finalized and can be found as usual for Rescue, onStage, Soccer. Even if the documents are still officially in process, there will be no more major changes!
Disciplines
In contrast to the international competition, where a minimum age of 14 years applies, we want to continue to offer younger teams the opportunity to take part in the RoboCupJunior. That is why there are two categories in all Austrian competitions: Primary for everyone aged 10-14 and Secondary for everyone aged 14-19. The competitions are evaluated separately, but only the best teams in the secondary competitions can qualify for the international tournaments.

Due to the unpredictability of the current situation, there are no cancellation fees and the participation fees will be fully refunded in the event of cancellation by the authorities or the organizer.
