[Update] Results

Finally the scores for all disciplines: RCJ 2022 Results
In 2022 the RoboCupJunior Austrian Open will take place in Weiz. The 14. RobocupJunior Austrian Open will include the following disciplines: Soccer, onStage, Rescue (Line and Maze) und Rescue Simulation (Demo Challenge) and will take place in the Stadthalle Weiz. The planning is based on the actual Covid-19 situation and will be adapted if the situation changes.
Due to the small number of participants, the competition will only take place on one day this year, Friday April 22nd. (It is still possible to arrive on Thursday for early registration)
If the number of participants is low, some competitions may be held together or canceled (e.g. Rescue Line Primary and Secondary together). The ranking still takes place in the individual disciplines (e.g. the best three primary teams).
As in previous years the tournament will be used for the qualification for international events. For 2022 the 3rd European RoboCupJunior Open in Portugal and the RoboCup 2022 in Thailand is planned.
Rules
The rules for the disciplines have already been (practically) finalized and can be found as usual for Rescue, onStage, Soccer. Even if the documents are still officially in process, there will be no more major changes!
Disciplines
In contrast to the international competition, where a minimum age of 14 years applies, we want to continue to offer younger teams the opportunity to take part in the RoboCupJunior. That is why there are two categories in all Austrian competitions: Primary for everyone aged 10-14 and Secondary for everyone aged 14-19. The competitions are evaluated separately, but only the best teams in the secondary competitions can qualify for the international tournaments.

- 3pm – 8pm registration teams

Friday, 22. April 2022
- 08am – 10am late check in teams and possible training
- 9am mentors meeting
- 10am opening ceremony RoboCupJunior Austrian Open 2022
- 10:30am – 6pm competition
- 6 pm – 7pm expected price ceremony

Registration fees
Early bird is valid until the registration deadline at the end of March!
Due to the unpredictability of the current situation, there are no cancellation fees and the participation fees will be fully refunded in the event of cancellation by the authorities or the organizer.

Accomodation
ATTENTION: Weiz has a very limited number of (cheap) beds. Please reserve early.
